Mr. Winton is currently a commercial broker with the Acorn Group, Inc., specializing in industrial sales and leasing throughout the central Indiana region.

He is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an A.S. Degree in data processing. He holds the designation of Graduate of Realtor’s Institute (GRI) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He has served as director for the Board of Realtors and President of the Commercial Division for the Melbourne, Florida Area Association of Realtors, as well as the President of the Florida Real Estate Exchange Organization. In addition, he is presently the President of the Indiana Real Estate Exchangors.

Since becoming a full time realtor in 1986 and owning his own real estate firm for three years, Mr.Winton has been involved and has syndicated several real estate partnerships which include apartment rentals, motel, commercial and warehouse facilities.
