Ms. Tobin joined Acorn Group, Inc. in January 1996. She manages eleven medical/office buildings on the northwest and south sides of Indianapolis and four office buildings in the downtown area for a total 435,000 square feet (January 1996 - present).

At W. A. Brennan, Inc., she oversaw the formulation of financial modeling and loan packaging for real estate projects. While at Brennan, she also worked with SPM Systems, Inc. This company designed and built an indoor compost facility in Dayton, Ohio which was financed by an $8.25 million industrial revenue bond issue. She was responsible for contract administration and corporation affairs which included the human resource, accounting and legal functions (July 1987 - December 1995).

At Peoples Bank, Ms. Tobin was Assistant Vice President in charge of investments. She managed the development of the bank’s portfolio of approximately $80 million for over two years (July 1979 - June 1987).

Ms. Tobin graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelors of Arts degree in History in 1979. She received her Masters of Business Administration degree from Butler University in 1988.

Ms. Tobin is involved in several civic activities, including the Christamore House Guild; University of Dayton National Development Committee; Chairman of the University of Dayton Alumni Association, Indianapolis chapter in 1981-1983; Team Captain of both the Children’s Museum Corporate Fund Raising Campaign and the Indianapolis Museum of Art Corporate Fund Raising Campaign. She was also voted as one of the Outstanding Young Women in America in 1987. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of BOMA’s Indianapolis Chapter.
