Matthew Broderick, member of Acorn Group’s Office Sales and Leasing Division, specializes in tenant representation, corporate advisory services, and investment sales.  As a tenant representative Matthew focuses on space utilization, efficiency and financial engineering to generate significant savings for office lease, renewal, restructure and relocation.

Matthew has developed a niche serving the unique real estate needs of the city’s growing medical market. His industrious approach and knowledge of the Indianapolis office market are keys to his success.  

Mr. Broderick attended Indiana University where he earned a B.S. degree in Management.  He is a member of TCN Worldwide and The Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors.
