Matthew Broderick, member of Acorn Group’s Office/Industrial Sales and Leasing Division, specializes in tenant representation, corporate advisory services, and investment/user sales. Matthew focuses on space utilization, efficiency and financial engineering to generate significant savings for lease, renewal, restructure and relocation. 

Matthew has developed a niche serving the unique real estate needs of the city’s growing medical market. His industrious approach and knowledge of the Indianapolis office market are keys to his success.  

Mr. Broderick attended Indiana University. He is a member of TCN Worldwide. He is also an active coach and mentor for CYO athletics.
