Ms Gouge joined Acorn Group, Inc. in November 1989. She began her career as a front office employee and has held several positions within the company including service coordinator and assistant property manager.

Ms. Gouge has been a Property Manager since 1998. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Indiana and
is currently working on her RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Her management responsibilities include the financial budgeting and financial review of her properties with the Landlord. She is further responsible for maintaining tenant relationships, coordination of tenant
improvements, new tenant construction including bid specifications, space planning and property refurbishing and landscaping.

She currently manages and leases over 300,000 square feet of medical, office/retail and condominium buildings in Suburban and Downtown Indianapolis. In January 2005, Ms. Gouge became the property manager of the homeowners association for a 46,500 square foot downtown condominium building.
