Mr. Waggoner is a licensed real estate broker and also holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation with Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).

Mr. Waggoner joined Acorn Group, Inc. at its inception as Vice President of Property Management and has been active in real estate management and office leasing for the past thirty years. He has been involved in many turn-around projects and currently manages properties for some of the major financial institutions in the Midwest as well as real estate partnerships.

Mr. Waggoner has been Vice President of the Indianapolis Parking Association and has served as President of the Keystone Corridor Association and is a member of it’s Board. He is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Society of Real Property Administration (SORPA).
